20 dark predictions for 2013, the year of oppression and insanity

(NaturalNews) 2013 will go down in history as the year of global insanity. The Earth isn’t going crazy, but many of the people who inhabit it certainly are. Madness is about to be unleashed on many fronts: economic, social, political, financial and more. In the near future, you will look back on the Christmas of 2012 and think, “Wow, those were the GOOD times!”

Do not read this article if you wish to continue frolicking in the land of TV delusions, fake news and celebrity gossip. These are the darkest real-world predictions I’ve ever published, and they are not things I ever wish to see come true. But I can’t deny the reality of where things are headed. If we project present-day trends into 2013, 2014 and 2015, the picture becomes a multi-front nightmare.

The madness in America has reached a crescendo. Nearly half the population is now under the mind control of a “cult of personality” political figure named Obama who is deliberately dismantling America one day at a time. Unlike Bush who was simply a tyrant, Obama is a charismatic tyrant, and that’s far more dangerous. As you may recall, Adolf Hitler was also highly charismatic and won over the hearts and minds of his followers, using many of the very same speech patterns as Obama, an expert in neurolinguistic programming and emotional manipulation.

Because the population has been mesmerized into a state of near-total complacency, an actual police state society is being rolled out right before our eyes, complete with the planned destruction of the Bill of Rights and the characterization of anyone who believes in the Constitution as a “terrorist.”

Both Republicans and Democrats are doing nothing to stop it, as they have been taken over by corporate interests or have been promised positions of power in the new society that they plan to install after they crush the Republic.

With Obama at the helm, America is being turned into a gulag nation, complete with the sexual abuse of the citizens by federal agents (TSA), secret execution lists of American citizens (NDAA), secret gulag prisons and the government’s continued staging of mass shootings (Aurora and more) to keep the population psychologically controlled in a never-ending state of fear.

The ultimate plan, as you will see rolled out over the next few years, is installing Communism in America, which requires the complete government takeover of the economy, the total disarmament of the population so that people cannot fight back, the “elimination” of all who believe in freedom and liberty, and the official destruction of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

I wish I could say 2013 would be the year of “love” and “peace,” but unfortunately these will be used to provide a cover story for hatred, destruction and war. President Obama, the Nobel Peace Prize winner, is already one of the most repugnant war criminals in human history, having launched or continued eight regional wars, complete with the dropping of “peace bombs” on innocent women and children.

As long as Obama talks about “love” at home — even while firing drone missiles at innocent children in the Middle East — he is worshipped by his mind-slave minions in the USA. By invoking LOVE, Obama emotionally disarms the People and furthers his agenda of hatred, destruction and enslavement. His supporters have lost discernment and unknowingly are supporting the rise of the next tyrannical dictator.

If we even have a Presidential election in 2016, I will be surprised. 2012 may have witnessed the last shreds of the Republic being deliberately terminated.

The following predictions apply from 2013 to the end of 2015, as I always make predictions in three-year blocks.

The so-called “fiscal cliff” is only the beginning of what we’re about to witness. When record-low tax revenues are reported in April because of Obama’s planned destruction of the U.S. economy, ratings organizations will downgrade U.S. debt, setting off a global selloff that could thrust America into a “nightmare” scenario of being unable to sell more debt (or at least not at reasonable interest rates).

This, in turn, would result in the Fed turning solely to printing new money to buy U.S. debt, quickly accelerating into compounding hyperinflation.

Obama is coming after the guns, and he’s aided by some of the most insidious and psychotic individuals walking the planet today: Joe Biden, Dianne Feinstein, Michael Moore and others.

Their goal is the complete disarmament of the American people so that the government has total control over all firepower, just like in China, North Korea and Hitler’s Germany.

It’s all pure hypocrisy, of course, because all of these people have their own armed bodyguards. Obama’s children are protected by eleven armed guards in a private school. Michael Moore has armed body guards. Dianne Feinstein has a concealed weapons permit in California. They all want themselves to be able to have weapons, but not YOU, the “little people” of America.

2013 is the year things may break out into mass violence in America. Look for Obama to declare Martial Law and announce a mandatory nationwide gun confiscation measure.

This, of course, will lead to even more violence as armed citizens begin fighting back against an out-of-control federal government that attempts to seize power and nullify the entire U.S. Constitution and its Bill of Rights.

Already, guns, ammo and magazines are virtually impossible to find and buy. This shortage will continue throughout 2013 and even well into 2014. Even if strict new gun control laws are not passed, the existing shortage cannot be filled until roughly the end of 2013.

The wait time on purchase many new rifles has already reached one year. It’s likely to get even worse in 2013.

The U.S. is very likely to be involved in military strikes on Iran. The excuse will be that “Iran has nuclear weapons,” but of course so does America, and the leadership of America is clinically insane.

This old “weapons of mass destruction” sham was the same excuse President Bush used to attack Iraq, remember- Now Obama will use essentially the same ploy to launch another “Peace Prize” war on a nation of innocent people. After all, he’s the President of LOVE, right- And there’s no better way to express LOVE for people than to bomb their children into bloody bits, Obama believes.

This is the big prediction for 2013 – 2015. A very large false flag attack will be carried out by the government and used to blame patriots and gun owners. This attack will be, on the small side, another school massacre or the bombing of a government building. On the large side, it could even be the release of a radiological weapon in a major U.S. city.

The false flag 9/11 attack worked so well to strip away America’s rights and freedoms that it will be repeated. But this time it could be much larger, potentially involving the death of hundreds of thousands of people. There is no limit to the evil of Big Government. They will do anything to maintain power and destroy liberty, even if it means “sacrificing” a few hundred thousand innocent lives. Once this happens, Obama will once again take to the airways and pronounce his “LOVE” for the American people.

The TSA will soon be armed. That’s the plan, didn’t you know- Take the most psychotic government workers in the nation — who are already known pedophiles, drug dealers, child porn dealers, thieves and shakedown artists — and arm them with government weapons to be used against the American people.

Soon, the roadway checkpoints will be set up and armed TSA goons will be molesting women and children on highways just like they already do in the airports!

Remember, TSA “officers” receive no police training. They take no oath of office. They are not “law enforcement” by any stretch of the imagination. They receive a week’s worth of training and then are let loose on the American people. (A typical police officer, in great contrast, will receive many months of training and swear an oath to protect the Constitution.) The uniforms worn by TSA are actually costumes with fake badges that mean nothing more than a plastic badge you might buy at a toy store.

As the crushing of liberties continues across America (censorship, destroying the Bill of Rights, secret arrests, etc.) you will witness the rise of resistance groups. They may take many forms, including info-warriors, online resistance, protests, and possibly even physical resistance groups that carry out missions in the physical world.

The more aggressive, abuse and outrageous the government becomes, the more easily resistance groups will be able to recruit members. This is just an historical fact. In times of peace and fairness, there is little or no resistance. But in times of government oppression and tyranny, resistance grows quickly.

The purpose of this is to prevent people from asking questions or being informed. The irreconcilable differences between government worshippers and government skeptics will reach a boiling point, especially over the issue of gun control. True Americans, on the other hand, rightfully see government as inherently evil and destructive, and they believe in individual liberty, the Constitution, and genuine patriotism.

Expect to see isolated acts of violence between these two groups. Remember, the government worshippers want to see all the Constitutionalists rounded up and sent to concentration camps (FEMA camps). But Constitutionalists will not willingly go. They will fight back against tyranny.

Expect to see UN troops in U.S. cities before the end of 2015. The planned rollout of conflict in the USA is going to be followed by UN troops arriving on the scene to “rescue” the USA.

The whole point of all this is to take over America, disarm the entire nation, and move toward global government run by the insanely criminal United Nations. The military occupation of America will be called a “peacekeeping mission” just like it’s called everywhere else that UN troops invade another nation.

Once UN troops start showing up in America, you can expect armed resistance to really kick into high gear. Blue helmets make easy targets for American sharpshooters, and the American people have stored away billions of bullets for a rainy day. There will be no hesitation to fight back against enemy occupation.

As all this is happening, the media will unleash a wave of vicious attacks on anyone who owns a gun or believes in the Constitution. Gun owners will be immediately labeled “terrorists,” and anyone who talks about the Bill of Rights or the Constitution will be subject to arrest and imprisonment in Obama’s secret gulag prisons (NDAA).The criminally-run industry of psychiatry will enter into the fray, providing a convenient “mental disorder” label that can be used to arrest and medicate anyone who opposes government.

“Obedience Defiance Disorder” is already on the books in the industry of psychiatry, and it will be used to deny firearms to anyone who makes any statement whatsoever against the government. If you post a pro-gun comment on Facebook, for example, not only will your Facebook account be terminated, you can also be arrested and drugged for having a “mental disorder.”

Obama’s planned destruction of the U.S. economy will accelerate from 2013 – 2015, causing millions more people to lose their jobs. Employers will continue offshoring jobs, slashing job positions and job hours. Food stamp rolls will balloon, and the ultimate goal is to make more people entirely dependent on the government so that they will continue to vote for whichever candidates promise the most aggressive expansion of collectivist government.The storage of ammunition, firearms and even food will be outlawed in America. Preparedness activities will be considered “acts of treason” against the nation, and people will be arrested and imprisoned for “prepping.”

The government, of course, will continue to stockpile ammo, weapons, food and survival gear. But that’s only for government. All private citizens will be criminalized for such actions.

At some point in all this, riots will break out. This could be triggered by any number of things: financial crash, bank holidays, the announcement of Martial Law, food shortages, etc.

No matter what the cause, riots will be used to further monopolize power in the hands of government by having government instigators join the riots and start throwing explosives or firing guns. This will allow the media and the government to characterize all crowds as “terrorists” and start opening fire on protesters everywhere. If this happens, it will accelerate the rise of the resistance.

Thanks to record crop failures in 2012, food shortages are already going to hit in 2013. But they could be made far worse by the government announcing Martial Law and then declaring price controls on food staples. This will result in immediate shortages. The government will then try to step in and control food distribution and supply, creating a total nightmare scenario for citizens.

Food will be denied to areas that have a large number of resistance members. This will primarily target urban areas, where most people own firearms and know how to use them. The strategy of the dictatorial government will become, “Starve ‘em out!” (It won’t work, of course, because country folks know how to raise their own food.)

You can fully expect 2013 to be another year of radical weather around the globe. Expect yet more food shortages to occur as crops fail due to floods, droughts and freezes.Speaking of weather, solar weather will also take a turn toward the extreme. The sun is entering a high-activity phase of its cycle, and this could play havoc with satellites and even the power grid.

If a large solar flare achieves a direct hit on the planet, it could cause widespread power grid failures followed by a chain of nuclear power plant meltdowns globally.

This could cause a massive population collapse and render large sections of the planet uninhabitable for centuries.

No matter what happens in 2013 – 2015, you will be told that the answer is to have bigger government controlling more of your money and your life. The only reason we have problems today, we’re told, is because government doesn’t yet have enough control. If we would only give up our paychecks, our jobs, our private property, our rights and our freedoms, government will “provide” for everyone!

IVF treatments could cause asthma in children

These are the findings of a new study out of England that raises potential red flags about the long-term safety of these and various other modern pregnancy options.

Researchers from both Oxford University and the University of Essex in the U.K. evaluated data compiled as part of the Millennium Cohort Study on 19,000 children born between 2000 and 2002. Published in the journal Human Reproduction, their findings reveal a strong connection between children born via ART and higher than normal rates of asthma, wheezing, and the use of anti-asthmatic drugs.

Claire Carson and her colleagues compiled data specifically on single-birth children, meaning they were not born as twins or triplets, between the ages of five and seven. Among the five-year-old group, 100 were born as a result of ART, which was confirmed through surveys with the children’s parents that took into account other factors that may have affected asthma rates, including premature birth, family history of smoking, body mass index (BMI), socioeconomic status, and the presence of pets at home.

After adjusting for these external factors, the research team determined that children born as a result of ART are between two and four times more likely than their peers to develop an asthmatic condition. And while these findings do not definitively establish a cause and effect relationship between ART and asthma, they do raise some interesting questions about how artificial birth affects a child later in life.

“15 percent of the children in our study had asthma at the age of five,” explained Carson. “Although this figure was higher, 24 percent, in the IVF children, it isn’t much higher than the one in five risk for all children in the U.K.,” she added, contrasting the relative risk of ART children developing asthma with the absolute, overall risk among all children.

Even so, Carson admits that her study’s findings build upon a growing body of evidence that shows IVF and other forms of ART may be linked to high rates of asthma. A 2011 study published in the Swedish journal Acta Obstetricia et Gynecologica Scandinavica, for instance, also found that children born through IVF are at an increased risk of developing asthma, as well as other conditions such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and cerebral palsy.

Subversive, seditious journalist Piers Morgan need to be arrested, prosected for crimes against America

(NaturalNews) CNN-based British journalist Piers Morgan is in a bit of a sticky wicket, as his countrymen might say: It’s possible he has run afoul of American law by, ironically, criticizing American law.

In an interview with longtime Gun Owners of America chief Larry Pratt a few days before Christmas, Morgan berated his guest over the latter’s suggestion that, in the wake of yet another deadly school shooting, education officials around the country should use armed guards or trained and armed school teachers to better protect children.

Morgan dismissed Pratt’s suggestions out of hand, arguing that the United States has an “enormous problem” with gun violence and adding that our country has “the worst rate of gun murder and gun crime of any of the civil countries in this world” (which is not true; Mexico and Brazil have higher rates, by far, though they have fewer guns in the hands of private citizens).

When Pratt responded that taking guns away from law-abiding people – who comprise the vast majority of America’s 85-million gun owners – would only make them more vulnerable, not to mention deny them their Second Amendment right to self-defense, Morgan couldn’t contain himself:

“You’re an unbelievably stupid man, aren’t you-”

Morgan’s characterization of Pratt, let alone his irrational anti-gun mentality, makes him a criminal in America – one that should land him on the first flight out of the country.

Americans are, of course, protected under the First Amendment to make their points of view well-known, even if (or especially if) they use their constitutionally protected voice to speak out against other rights enshrined in the Constitution. But Morgan is not afforded those rights and protections. Using his broadcast as a position of influence he serves more as a criminal foreign agent when he stumps for positions that seek to deny Americans their constitutional rights.

Morgan may claim he has a First Amendment right in the U.S. to speak his mind, but here again he’d be wrong. First of all, our Constitution applies to citizens of our country (and Morgan is no citizen); secondly, James Taranto of The Wall Street Journal noted that, in Kleindienst v. Mandel, a 1972 U.S. Supreme Court ruling, the high court signed off on a decision by then-U.S. Attorney General Richard Kleindienst to prevent Ernest Mandel, a Maxist, from entering the country. Kleindienst’s decision, the court ruled, did not violate the First Amendment.

Further, it is inconceivable to imagine that an American on British television would get away with subverting English law and tradition, perhaps by calling for the Queen to lose her thrown and be tossed out of the country; Morgan has repeatedly advocated for the repeal of the Second Amendment, a position he has no legal or even moral standing to make.

Finally, Morgan has joined with other anti-gun lobbyists such as New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg to call for the constitutional rights of Americans – their birthrights, no less – to be limited, removed or revoked. This is a clear act of subversion, making him an enemy of the state who should be immediately deported.

The petition received at least 25,000 signers by Monday, the number needed to require consideration and eventual response by the White House.

Of course, the current occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Barack Obama, happens to agree with the haughty Morgan, so he isn’t likely to order his ever-compliant and equally complicit attorney general, Eric Holder, to investigate the criminal Brit. So we’re not holding our breath.

Worse, Morgan likely knows it. On Christmas Eve the bottom-dwelling CNN host Tweeted this taunt: “Merry Christmas! Even to those who want me deported.”

That might change, of course, should Morgan ever do something really bold, like back Arizona-style immigration enforcement or Florida-style voter registration.

Pre-diabetics get real health benefits from lifestyle interventions

(NaturalNews) People at high risk of diabetes can significantly improve their health by taking part in simple, self-directed lifestyle change programs, according to a study conducted by researchers at Stanford University, the Palo Alto Medical Foundation Research Institute, and published in the Archives of Internal Medicine.

This means that the type intervention previously reserved for people who could afford one-on-one, coach-based programs could now be made accessible to the wider public. This would be a boon not just to patients, but also to overworked primary care doctors, who often do not have time to give patients the individualized care that would be most helpful to them.

Diabetes is considered a major public health problem in the United States. It currently affects 8.3 percent of the population – 25.8 million people – and is one of the main causes of heart disease, stroke, kidney failure, adult blindness and non-traumatic amputation of lower limbs. In 2007, national diabetes-related expenses totaled approximately $174 billion.

“Diabetes is an expensive disease to treat and its complications are both personally devastating and societally costly,” lead researcher Randall Stafford said.

As a result, effective, low-cost, ways to reduce diabetes prevalence are a major public health concern. In 2002, the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) study found that among people at high risk of diabetes (pre-diabetic) received one-on-one coaching for weight loss and exercise, the rate of diabetes was 58 percent less than expected – a better result than that delivered by any pharmaceutical intervention.

Making use of digital technology

In the new study, researchers sought to determine whether the DPP strategy could be adapted to a less individualized format.

“The big issue in diabetes prevention is how to take what clearly worked for DPP – which was very intensive and one-on-one focused – and get it to the point where it could be established as a program in large group practices,” Stafford said.

Participants were recruited from among pre-diabetic patients at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. They were randomly assigned to take part in either a coach-led (DPP-style) intervention, a self-directed (DVD-based) intervention or to receive standard care (no intervention). Both intervention groups involved practical advice on how to eat better and exercise more, as well as information on strategies to help maintain those habits over the long term.

After three months, participants in either of the intervention groups were transitioned into receiving regular emails encouraging them to keep up their new habits. Participants were also directed to use the American Heart Association’s Heart360 website to actively monitor their health. This secondary phase lasted 12 months.

The researchers found that while the self-directed intervention was slightly less effective than the coach-led one, both interventions led to significant improvements in body mass index, waist circumference and weight when compared with the control group.

Because nearly all the study participants were white, college-educated and earned more than $75,000 per year, the researchers are now working on replicating the study with a group of low-income Latino participants.

Recent findings reveal green tea treats acne

(NaturalNews) Recently, two studies were performed to measure the potential of green tea in acne treatment and the results give hope for those looking for an alternative. The findings of these recent studies show that when applied to the affected area, green tea can reduce sebum production, inflammation and bacterial growth in acne-prone skin, as a result of an antioxidant called epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG).The more recent of the studies appeared in the December 2012 issue of the Journal of Investigative Dermatology and showed that green tea helps to reduce sebum production. In the first part of this two part study, the South Korean researchers applied cream containing EGCG to rabbit ears and discovered that it reduced the size of sebaceous glands.

The second part of the test was conducted in vitro (petri dish) and involved the incubation of human sebocytes (cells that produce sebum) in insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) hormone. Researchers in stage two of the test added EGCG to the mix and subsequently found that IGF-1 induced cell growth and sebum production was significantly decreased, which means the properties of EGCG are ideal for the treatment of acne. Further findings showed that an additional property of EGCG was its tendency to suppress pro-inflammatory cytokines which cause systematic inflammation. Cytokines are signaling molecules in the immune system to communicate.

The second study was also conducted in South Korea, and was published in the October 2012 issue of the Journal of Investigative Dermatology. More intriguing than the first study due to the fact that it was carried out on human subjects and therefore showed tangible effects. In this second study using human subjects, EGCG was found to be a viable and safe treatment for dealing with the three primary causes of acne: P. Acnes bacteria, sebum production and inflammation.

During the second part of the of the test, participants took part in a split-face, randomized clinical trial of EGCG cream and each participant was asked by researchers to apply two creams, one to the left side and one to the right side of the face. While one cream contained EGCG, the other cream was simply a placebo containing no active ingredients. During the test, participants were kept in the dark as to which cream was the ‘real deal.’ The results showed significant reduction in acne from the EGCG cream. Similarly, earlier studies on human subjects have shown that green tea extract creams do cause a noticeable reduction in sebum production.

Now that we have the results, let’s look at the bigger picture here. Studies have shown acne-prone skin to be excessively sensitive to androgen hormones, and this causes an abnormally high production of sebum and skin cell growth.

The other significant cause of acne, as shown by bleeding edge research is inflammatory damage to sebum, which seems to trigger the acne formation process.

These studies show that green tea can tackle both. The effect of androgens can be markedly reduced through the use of green tea because EGCG blocks the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the skin. Furthermore, EGCG has anti-inflammatory properties and as such serves as an excellent protection against inflammation caused by factors such as UV rays or air pollution. New study: Infants receiving the foremost vaccines are the foremost more likely to be hospitalized and die

(NaturalNews) A new study, published in Human and Experimental Toxicology, a peer-reviewed journal indexed by the National Library of Medicine, analyzed more than 38,000 reports of infant hospitalizations and deaths following vaccinations.[1] Researchers found statistically significant correlations between the number of vaccine doses administered to infants and infant hospitalization and mortality rates: babies who receive the most vaccines tend to have higher (worse) hospitalization and death rates.

Infants who received 2 vaccines simultaneously were significantly less likely to be hospitalized than infants who received 3 or more vaccines at the same time. Infants who received 3 vaccines simultaneously were significantly less likely to be hospitalized than infants who received 4 or more vaccines at the same time. Babies who received 6, 7, or 8 vaccines during a single pediatric well-baby visit were the most likely to be hospitalized following their injections. In fact, the hospitalization rate increased linearly from 11.0% for infants receiving 2 vaccine doses to 23.5% for infants receiving 8 vaccine doses.

The authors of the study, Dr. Gary Goldman and Neil Z. Miller, also discovered that younger infants were significantly more likely to be hospitalized after receiving vaccinations than older infants. In addition, infants who received 5-8 vaccines simultaneously were significantly more likely to die following their shots than infants who received 1-4 vaccines simultaneously.

Several factors could contribute to whether an infant will have an adverse reaction to vaccines, including a genetic predisposition, illness (which may be a contraindication to vaccine administration), quality of vaccines (which can vary by manufacturing methods), and sensitivity to one or more vaccine components. Some infants might be more likely to experience an adverse reaction due to biochemical or synergistic toxicity associated with concurrent administration of multiple vaccines.

In 1990, infants received a total of 15 vaccine doses prior to their first year of life. By 2007, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended 26 vaccine doses for infants: 3 DTaP, 3 polio, 3 Hib, 3 hepatitis B, 3 pneumococcal, 3 rotavirus, and 2 influenza vaccines.

The CDC’s Childhood Immunization Schedule Was Not Tested for Safety, Lacks Scientific Veracity:

While each childhood vaccine has individually undergone clinical trials to assess safety, studies have not been conducted to determine the safety (or efficacy) of combining vaccines during a single physician visit as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) guidelines. For example, 2-, 4-, and 6-month-old infants are expected to receive vaccines for polio, hepatitis B, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, rotavirus, Haemophilus influenzae type B, and pneumococcal, all during a single well-baby visit – even though this combination of 8 vaccines was never tested in clinical trials.

Although the CDC’s recommended childhood immunization schedule a) requires infants to receive up to 8 vaccines simultaneously, b) affects millions of infants annually, and c) was never scientifically tested for safety, the CDC had prior knowledge that combining chemical substances, including prescribed pharmaceuticals, “can produce health consequences that are additive, synergistic, antagonistic, or can potentiate the response expected from individual component exposures.”[2]

Administering 6, 7, or 8 vaccine doses to an infant during a single physician visit may certainly be more convenient for parents — rather than making additional trips to the doctor’s office — but evidence of a positive association between infant adverse reactions and the number of vaccine doses administered confirms that vaccine safety must remain the highest priority.

The findings in this study show a positive correlation between the number of vaccine doses administered and the percentage of hospitalizations and deaths reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). (The VAERS database is an important postmarketing safety surveillance tool that is periodically analyzed by the CDC, FDA, and other vaccine researchers to discover potentially adverse vaccination trends.) In addition, younger infants were significantly more likely than older infants to be hospitalized or die after receiving vaccines. These trends not only have a biological plausibility but are supported by evidence from case reports, case series, and other studies using entirely different methodologies and unique population cohorts. For example, in 2011, Miller and Goldman collaborated on another study showing that among developed nations infant mortality increased with an increase in the number of vaccine doses.[3]

Since vaccines are given to millions of infants annually, it is imperative that health authorities have scientific data from synergistic toxicity studies on all combinations of vaccines that infants might receive. Finding ways to increase vaccine safety should be the highest priority.

Fighting fatigue

(NaturalNews) Probably the most common complaint of people today is fatigue. This is not a disease per se, but rather a major symptom of many disturbances. Unfortunately, fatigue must be dealt with generally as the single most presenting disorder, without much else to help in diagnosis. As you can understand from the following long, but endless, list of possible causes, such a seemingly simple complaint can be very complex in its proper diagnosis and treatment: hypoglycemia, stress, anemia, toxicity, allergy, glandular imbalances, poor eliminations or assimilation, cardiovascular causes, improper diet, lack of demanding exercise, excess sex, birth control pills, overweight, overwork, lack of sleep, sedentary occupation, psychological disturbances, heavy metal poisoning, degenerative diseases, shallow breathing, etc., etc., etc.

A good physical examination will usually reveal the clues to the origin of fatigue. Despite many factors involved, in reality most of them involve a nutritional basis. Hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar, is one of the most frequent causes that is more obvious in the midmorning and afternoon, becoming more continuous as the body’s system becomes less able to cope with its repeated stress.

The adrenal glands and the pancreas become overburdened and eventually fail to function properly. The type of diet usually responsible for hypoglycemia is high in refined carbohydrates and deficient in the vitamins and minerals essential for the health and well-being of the body’s glands and organs – Vitamins A, B complex, B12, C, E, Chromium, Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Bee pollen, Brewer’s yeast, Kelp, Spirulina.

Stress is very common in fatigue and can cause a form of hypoglycemia by depleting the adrenal glands, which respond to any fear, anxiety, worry, or similar emotion, as if they were emergency conditions. To meet this “danger”, a wide range of physiological actions come into play to provide necessary energy. But, eventually, the adrenal glands become exhausted and, as vital energy reserves become overtaxed, fatigue results.

Unlike true nutritional hypoglycemia, this type of fatigue does not necessarily occur between meals, but may be more related to an incident of intense stress or emotion. And, if this stress is in the same time and space as a refined diet coupled with caffeine intake, the hypoglycemic state can take on a totally unpredictable character.

In reality, caffeine is a drug. A socially accepted drug, nonetheless. Unlike sugar, which at least draws part of its energy from its caloric nature, caffeine and caffeine-containing drinks like unsweetened coffee or tea, and sodas, have no intrinsic energy value whatsoever. Rather than give energy, they cause an endocrine emergency action to extract energy from the body’s vital reserves in the liver and muscles.

Caffeine causes glycogen stored in these tissues to become mobilized and converted to the body’s fuel, glucose. Ultimately, this extraction of energy leaves the energy reserves severely depleted, just as an unwise spender soon finds his or her pockets empty. The result is profound weakness and chronic fatigue.

Caffeinated drinks are probably the greatest curse to the body, after refined sugar. Habitual coffee, tea, or soda drinkers literally become addicted to their brew. How many times have you heard someone say they just can’t get going without their morning coffee, or who get a morning headache unless they drink coffee- What clearer sign of dependency could be more evident- The bad news: absolutely no progress will be made with chronic fatigue as long as coffee/caffeine is part of the diet.

Other than by upsetting the effects of low blood sugar, diet can influence the energy reserves in other ways as well. Many vitamin and mineral deficiencies are related to a lack of energy. These deficiencies are fairly common as a result of devitalized food consumption, or may be related to conditions of blood loss through menstrual periods or bleeding ulcers.

Protein deficiency, in some cases, could be a cause of fatigue, while excess protein consumption could be a factor as well. The habit of skipping breakfast or just having a donut and coffee is associated with both low blood sugar and morning fatigue.

Usually, a change to a substantial unrefined grain breakfast will completely remove the morning “blahs”. Excess protein, especially saturated fat animal proteins, cause more problems than Bayer has aspirins. Some of those problems being, cardiovascular disease, and liver and gallbladder disease and toxicity, all with symptoms of fatigue. Taking a walk on the wild side, a sedentary person eating excess vegetarian proteins may experience similar fatigue.

In general, the more demanding exercise a person does, the more protein he or she can eat and deal with effectively. Any excess clogs the system, causes toxicity, and lowers the body’s vitality as it attempts to deal with the excessive amounts of unneeded and often more toxic waste products of protein metabolism.

Another form of toxicity results from poor eliminations. Slow bowel transit time, aka loaded bowel syndrome or constipation, causes toxic residues in the colon to be reabsorbed, causing lethargy, depression, coated tongue, fatigue, and other signs of ill health. A high-fiber diet corrects this situation quite easily.

One of the primary roles of the liver is detoxifying the harmful or unwanted elements in the body. If the liver is overworked, general toxicity results. A congested liver due to excess toxins such as pesticides (like GMOs), food colorings, artificial flavors like MSG and/or aspartame, preservatives, etc., from foods, excess fatty foods, excess protein, chemical exposure, or drugs, also will leave the person in a sluggish, toxic state.

Lack of demanding exercise and poor skin function, cause poor circulation of blood and lymph. This results in stagnation and ultimately toxicity in various organ groups, causing lowered vitality and fatigue. It is kind off paradoxical that exercise, which initially requires energy, produces such an abundance of vitality and more energy.

Occupations that require little physical exertion are much more fatiguing than good, hard physical work. Exercise stimulates blood and lymph circulation, aids in tissue nutrition, stimulates the endocrine system, tones and cleanses the cardiovascular system, and generally acts to “grease” our entire body machine. Exercise also helps keep our energies directed and concentrated, preventing many emotional and mental disorders.

Food allergy is a frequently ignored cause of poor vitality, depression, listlessness, fatigue, and other similar symptoms. This can be caused by any food and may cause sudden acute symptoms almost to the point of lying flat on your back, or the more subtle chronic fatigue if the allergen is consumed on a regular basis.

Cardiovascular disease, arteriosclerosis, and arthrosclerosis can reduce the efficiency of blood circulation. If the blood flow to the brain is reduced due to narrowing the vessels of blood supply, mental fatigue and lethargy can result. A similar effect occurs due to cervical arthritis, where the bony changes encroach on the vessels, which pass through them and supply blood to the brain.

Other degenerative diseases like cancer usually are first noticed by vague feelings of tiredness and lack of energy and vitality.

As you can see, simple fatigue can be fairly complex and, by all means, nothing to ignore.

As far as diet goes, what was listed in the previous article, Anemia Reversed, should be adhered to when fatigue manifests.

Briefly put, the diet should be an organic vegetarian diet, no refined grains, no processed foods, no caffeine, alcohol, or tobacco, and by all means, nothing that had a face or a mother, or dairy, or eggs. You want to build, not continue to break down.

Do you watch the fireworks on July 4th- Most people are mindless to the whole point of July 4th which is to celebrate Independence Day — independence from British tyranny, gun control, illegal searches, secret prisons, and so on. And yet all these things have been brought back to America by Obama. The fireworks are supposed to be a reminder of the battles that our forefathers fought so that we might enjoy freedom. Instead, the fireworks mesmerize a barely-conscious population as they sleepwalk right into the jaws of tyranny and oppression, slobbering their way to their next chronic disease as they eat themselves to death with GMOs and aspartame.

You have been taught delusional mythologies about vaccines and flu shots: “Flu shots stop the flu!” is a delusional anti-fact that’s catapulted into a global meme (mind virus) by the same industry which now claims injecting mercury is good for children. “Science” has become the tyrannical cry of those who absolutely despise science but who invoke the word to demand obedience to their own warped chemical doctrines.

You have been taught delusional financial mythologies such as the idea that the U.S. government needs to collect taxes to fund itself. In reality, the Fed can create all the money it needs instantly, just like it does to bail out banks. You are taxed not to raise revenue but to be oppressed and controlled.

You have been told who to worship — singers, basketball players, big government — and even more importantly who to hate: white people, gun owners, preppers, veterans, Ron Paul supporters and anyone who grows their own food.

And when the next false flag event occurs in America, you will be “shocked” and “outraged,” and you will believe it was carried out by whomever the government and the media claims carried it out. You will also believe that your reaction is happening of your own free will and you will have no clue the entire thing has been scripted and injected directly into your head.

You are a pawn in a grand mind game. You have been imprisoned in a mental construct that is so powerful and elusive that you actually defend the very system which has enslaved you.

You’ve been trained to think that anyone who questions the system is a “conspiracy theorist” or a “kook.” Every strategy of mental influence has been used against you, over and over again: safety in the herd, neurolinguistic programming, fear reactions, prisoner training (TSA), false symbols of authority, false flags and so on.

Like most people, you were born into slavery and you will die a slave. You will not rise above it and declare your free will sovereignty because you have been trained to be a conformist coward. You will, at every opportunity, trade away your liberty for social approval, because you have been taught to believe that the worst thing in the world is to be “different” from the conformist masses.
